Hey I just changed the CPU on my motherboard because while checking to see how everything was running i took the old one out and it got knocked out of my hand bending the pins. so i bought the exact same one (i checked) and put it in, and now it's not working. the computer turns on but doesnt boot, and the screen isn't turning on. plz help?? this is pising me off its been 3 days and nothing has happened. Make sure it's actually put into the CPU socket the right way, your BIOS should be able to recognize it. Unless it's a DOA... -.-Problem with new CPU?Did you clamp the CPU down with the lever. Or just put it on top???
