Any need to change power supply after upgrading AMD CPU?

I have two years old AMD (Semprom 3600+) powered desktop, so now I am looking to upgrade to something more powerfull, but in dual core range...But I don't know how to decide whether I will have to upgrade my power supply as well, since my Sempron is 62 W, and AMD Athlons 64 X2 are either 65, 89 or even 125 W...I have integrated graphic card...How do I check my power supply now?Any need to change power supply after upgrading AMD CPU?You can open your casing and check the power rating of your psu on the side...if you're not planning to upgrade your graphic card i don't think you need extra power...300W should be ample for all your hardware...hope this helps...:)Any need to change power supply after upgrading AMD CPU?dot worry about wattage, its built in as long as you plug it in 110-120 volt you will be okay, example: you can plug in a 5 watt bulb or 100watt bulb in your outlet of 120 volts but you cannot use 5 watt bulb or 100 watt bulb in a 220 volts power supply.Any need to change power supply after upgrading AMD CPU?The power supplies wattage is visible on the side. Usually found on the inside of the computer.
