Frankly, it sounds like you are having an issue with power supply, overheating or the operating system. You didn't provide enough details to really give a better analysis of the issue. Have a friend that is a computer technician look at the system.

you'l get a trial version of nero. you can upgrade by entering the serial number cracked from the net, and enter it in the nero software after installation.
to enter the serial number, you will see two faces on the program on the bottom of the window, click that to see a clear face, and click on the last tab that appears, and enter the serial in the space that appears.
