2 different ISP tried to bring internet up and only %26quot;cannot be displayed%26quot; shows. ISP also tried clearing and reentering address but no luck. However when I changed the cpu, internet came up on new cpu. What could have happened to the cpu and how can I resolve this issue?Why cant I get internet service on computer?Changed CPU (integrated circuit inside the box) or changed computer (box itself)?

If you changed the computer, anything could have been the cause. We'd need to know how the old computer was set up, what was running in it, more information than we can get here, most likely.
