How to unlock my motherboard (MCP61PM-AM) for overclocking?

I can tell BIOS to change the CPU frequency, but according to CPUZ, the changes don't take effect. I've tried Clockgen as an alternative, but the %26quot;PLL control%26quot; and %26quot;PLL setup%26quot; buttons don't show up.

Mobo: MCP61PM-AM

BIOS: Phoenix Technologies 6.00 PG (4/27/2007)

CPU: Athlon 64 X2 6000+

OS: Vista Home 32-bit
