How can I solve my CPU upgrading Issues?

I have just replaced my Motherboard, Processor and Video Card in my home PC. I've done this many times before but never have I had this issue.

First of all i'd like to say that all the parts are compatible and look to be in working order %26quot;they are new%26quot;.

Now, i've installed all of these components and have everything hooked up to where they need to be, however once I turn the CPU on it runs for about 30 seconds then turns itself off. Any help on what do to next?

The Power Supply is a 700 watt supply so it is getting plenty of juice %26quot;also relatively new, about 3 months%26quot; which worked fine in the cpu prior to me changing the motherboard and components. How can I solve my CPU upgrading Issues?Check whether u have properly connected the processor fan on the motherboard....if u can go to the BIOS settings check the temperature settings....might be possible that the processor is getting overheated which causes ur pc to shut down...How can I solve my CPU upgrading Issues?Sounds like something is not connected right/ not fully connected kinda think like for example, to install new RAM you really gotta push it in there, make sure it clicks, sometimes. I don't wanna be a jerk, but i'd definitely open it up and make sure everything nice and solidly connected. if all else fails i'd google %26quot;(name of power supply) (name of other component) problems%26quot; until you possibly find a compatibility issue which i doubt is the case though...How can I solve my CPU upgrading Issues?Make sure the graphics card has all connections needed.Power cards like Nvidia 200 series need TWO 6pin 12v connections.

7, 8, 9 series most need one 6pin connection.

Make sure you didnt use too much thermal compound - a thin coat will allow more heat transfer than a thick coat, as it is only to fill in where the heat sink and cpu top are not contacting ( the litttle spaces). How can I solve my CPU upgrading Issues?Check all your plugs.

Where the wires are going to on the motherboard and all other outlets.

Make sure your motherboard is mounted on the screws that come with the box.

Maybe your power source is surging the motherboard with to much energy causing it to turn off.

These are all speculations. SorryHow can I solve my CPU upgrading Issues?failsafe maybe, the coretemp of the processor is overheating and shuts off to protect itself. dunno just speculatingHow can I solve my CPU upgrading Issues?fixit
