Your friend has a Spanish version of Windows so it installed as a Spanish OS.
There are localization files you could change but you need to buy Microsoft software (no longer made) to change Win95 language settings.

But let's say that you receive a Central Box. that has installed on it Windows 95 in spanish. You need to get windws 95 in english and install it on that box. Be carefull to get all the drivers you need for your components. I would say to ask a pro about this, like a Service Shop for PC's.
