How can I change a CPU on my new PC?

I will include any details asked for. For now I can tell you that it is a HIC Shift WITHOUT a Sim card, running Vista Ultimate. The processor or CPU I want to upgrade to is an Intel Quad Core Extreme Edition. The current processor is an Intel A110 (Stealey). Any Ideas?How can I change a CPU on my new PC?What you want is so easy to do on a desktop but impossible on your laptop. That quadcore consumes more power than your entire laptop. The quad EE is not supported by your laptop and would not fit in there.
